Shipping policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
We ship internationally and orders are processed in 2 to 7 business days before shipment.
a. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure your shipping address and details are correct and entered in English characters only.
b. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, as well as any delays once orders have been shipped.
c. We highly encourage you to opt-in for a shipping protection service for a very small fee inside the cart next to the checkout button to minimize risks.
d. Carriers might refuse to use codes to enter premises or follow other specific instructions, so this is at your own risk.
e. We do not ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, private mailboxes, or military bases.
f. Once shipped, the package becomes your property, and all risks with its delivery transfer to you and the carrier.
g. You are responsible for Customs Clearance and any local duty and taxes due unless you selected a shipping option with duties and taxes prepaid.
h. We ship from our warehouse in China, and you must ensure you understand your local Customs clearance regulations.
i. If you refuse to pay for Customs clearance or fail to pick up your order, the carrier will dispose of or destroy your package, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
j. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order on our Tracking Page using the tracking number we sent you via email.
ORDER CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS
a. Changes to orders are possible but only before they are processed. Please contact us as soon as possible.
b. Cancellations before your order is processed will be refunded minus the payment platform processing fee (up to 6%).
c. Cancellations after processing but before shipping will be refunded minus the processing fee (up to 6%) and a $10 USD restocking fee.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items will have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page at the time of purchase. This date may change depending on availability. Contact us at cs@mymum-madeit.com if you need help with pre-order items.
RETURNS + QUALITY ISSUES
We strive to minimize environmental impact and accept returns only for full-priced items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
a. The customer is responsible for securely packaging and shipping returns, including any shipping fees, customs fees, and duties.
b. All sale items, swimwear, water bottles, socks, and intimates are final sale and not eligible for return.
c. All returns must be new, unused, with original tags attached. Accessories and shoes must be in their original packaging.
d. Any quality-related issues must be processed via our returns process.
e. A $10 restocking fee applies to all returns except for quality issues and will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
f. If your return is successful, we will deduct shipping fees, shipping protection fees, and customs duties/taxes (if paid) from your refund or store credit.
g. You must provide a tracking number for your return shipment. If you do not provide a tracking number, we will assume the return was never shipped.
